Pat,
I haven't been on the net very long, so I've probably missed something, but
I don't see American Scouts as feeling superior in any way to Scouts from
other countries. In fact, some of my best Scouting memories are from
international Scouting events in other countries. Scouting is an
international idea! The best assistant troop leader I ever had was a
Swedish Scout here on an exchange program. Is "my way is the only way"
really a problem in Scouting? If so, it's really sad. That isn't what BP
had in mind.
