Yes, I meant first class in the BSA meaning. I'm a Canuck and we haven't
had a first class rank since 1968 in Scouts (and not in my memory in
Guides). I think I'm reasonably knowledgable keeping up with all the
current Scouts Canada programs (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Rovers)
and the current Girl Guide programs (Sparks, Brownies, Guides, Pathfinders,
Rangers, Cadets, Jr. Leaders) and having a vague idea of the BSA programs.
GSUSA is far beyond my current expertise.
