Scouts-L PCX Graphix ok?

About 6 months ago, some of us noticed that the original 8 BSA-Disks of
Scouting clip-art had been expanded to 18. However, there were technical
problems in the upload that made the files unusable. does anyone know if
this has been fixed yet? i.e. are the files for disk 10-18 now usable?
