I know our council lets both 1st & 2nd year Webelod attend our Webelos
residential camp and earn activity pins and the AOL.
The automatic advancement of GRADE in the computer is just that.
IN THE COMPUTER.
Th advancement rules and age requirements are what's important. if a boy
has not started the 6th grade, or is less than 11 years old, AND HE ISN'T
REGISTERED IN A SCOUT TROOP, he should be able to earn Webelos Advancement.
