Hi, the training awards are documented in the
Leadership Training Plans Procedures, Materials Pamphet (lj4169a).
The Boy Scout/Venture/Explorer Post Training Awards requirements are in the
back. The Cub Scout Leader requirements and forms are on a seperate
heavy papper sheet, Cub Scout Leader Award Record (lj34097).
Both should be available from the district/council training committee.
Check out the address for PRAY, Inc. Information about who had the address
may be more difficult but trainers usually have it or know who does. Check
with the District Commissioner or DE or the Episcopal minister/priest.
On tyhe interpretter strip
I would check with advancement type, the strip may be available only to boys.?
One last item to check is the Scoutmasters Award of Merit, reference papperwork
is usually ony available with the Scoutmastership Fundamentals course. It
is a hand out sheet, new form came out two years ago that required more
signatures, Dist Comm and Dist Exec.
