Junior Girl Scouts

Hi ya'll,

I'm the asst leader for a Brownie Girl Scout (Troup 1289, Lakota Service
Unit, Totem Council, Washington). We will be Junior Girl Scout next year
and as part of our bridging Step #2 activities, we'd like to match our
girls with Junior Girl Scout pen-pals. There are 10 girls in our troup.

If you have a Junior Girl Scout (or for non GSUSA scouts - girls from ages
8 to 11)) who would be interested in a penpal, I'd like to coordinate those
of our girls who are looking for penpals (none of these girls other than my
daughter have e-mail access) with scouts in other areas. As part of our
meeting, we are going to have them write their first letters so I can at
least promise your girls that they will get one letter - after that, they
are on their own :-)

Thanks,

Celia Modell
