New WELCOME file

Hi all ...

I couldnt get to sleep so I decided to finally finish up my updated
SCOUTS-L WELCOME file (with the help of Mike Walton). This a replacement
of the SCOUTS-L INTRO file which I have been trying to send to every
new subscriber. Much has been updated about the file and it should be
a good reference document for your use of SCOUTS-L. Since the filename
is "WELCOME", the listserv will automatically send this file to ALL new
subscribers, but not the existings one.

I HIGHLY recommend that all subscribers get this latest copy. To
request a copy, send email to LISTSERV@TCUBVM.IS.TCU.EDU with a one
line message of "GET SCOUTS-L WELCOME". You are also welcome to give
copies of the WELCOME file to other scouters that are interested
in joining since most of the "how to"s of using LISTSERV and SCOUTS-L
are addressed. I realize the WELCOME file is a bit long, but I did
want to cover a lot of areas.
