Alan,

Congratulations on your apppointment as Project Comissioner. Good luck
for the trial period and lots of fun with your new job!!

I also have to thank you for your welcome message, which I got only
recently, as I was on camp during the Easter holidays. Boy, it was cold, it
was wet, it was stormy, it was fun!

I live on the western edge of Germany (central in a north-south point of
view), so in less than an hours drive I can reach Holland, Belgium and
Luxemburg. A little more than an hour I need to get into France. So you
see, in a little country like ours it is no problem to move country even in
the evening for a few pints. On the other hand most of us would like to see
a real big country for a change, like Australia or Canada. One boy of my
troop has been to the Jamboree, since then we even more want to go there
alltogether (it probably will never happen because of the price).

I hope to read from you again sometime! Once again good luck and much fun
with your work!

Gut Pfad
