Membership in multiple OA Lodges

Here's a question recently brough to my attention, I know someone out
there has an answer to this.
Can an O.A. arrowman be a member of more than one lodge? When a move
necessitates changing councils do I transfer my Lodge membership or
just join the local lodge also?
