The same thing a SM does for a Scoutmaster's Conference. Meet away from but
in plain sight of other adults and scouts. At summer camp, we have a couple
of stumps about 30 years from the central camp area. It is understood that
when the SM is meeting with a boy there it is a private conversation and
others stay away. I believe you will find reference to this procedure in the
SM Handbook.

Two-deep leadership does not mean two adults doing the same thing with the
same boys at the same time. It means two adults present in the same general
area, both aware of what is happening.
