I presume then, that BSA also removes all leaders accused, but not convicted,
of household violence and assault.
You say that you don't want to investigate, but recommend a course of
action that assumes (a) guilt of the adult and (b) innocence of the accuser,
neither of which are given.
And, you did not refer to the statement about BSA promoting the concept of
innocent until guilt is proven, a supposed tenet on which the USA is based.
So, how can BSA promote fairness, justice, and "the american way", but
choose another course of action?
