A "war game" as defined in the _Guide to Safe Scouting":
"The activity commonly referred to as 'War Games'--in which individuals
shoot paint or dye at one another--is an unauthorized activity."
I <don't> think they mean laser tag or flashlight tag or capture the
flag or other such relatively harmless games. :) I mean, you can
break a leg playing capture the flag, but you can break a leg walking
down one of the streets in our fair city, these days.
I might add that a place called Q-ZAR (which is a laser-tag outfit) has
become extremely popular among our Scouts locally.
