I recall convoys as being discouraged when traveling by auto--for reasons
of safety. If correct, then convoys should not be used to provide 2-deep
leadership. Clearly, good sense and good leadership are what should
prevail. However, "good" to one person may be "bad" to another. The
problem still remains in my mind: delineating 2-deep criteria is not
enough to cover all situations. What happens when the criteria are not
adequate to the situation?
