Obviously you understand that shouting accomplishes nothing. The next
step should be to get together with the two people arguing and try to
figure out what it was all about. I would not recommend ejecting either
of them...so they had a little arguement that got out of hand...big deal.
Just make them realize what happened and how it was inappropriate. At
your next committee meeting, or pack meeting, a formal apology from the
leader might help to make some of the other parent's less upset.
