I'm New Around Here!

The past few days, you've probably seen a few messages cropping up from,
perhaps, an unfamiliar name. I thought that perhaps I should let everyone know
how GREAT it is to be here, and tell you a little about myself....

I'm currently 19 1/2 years old, and attending college at John Carroll
University, near Cleveland, OH, originally from western PA, about 90 minutes
north and west of Pittsburgh (on the PA-OH border, halfway between Pitts. and
Erie, for those of you familiar with the area)....

I've been in scouting for 8 1/2 years now, joined with Troop 7 back home (still
active there as an ASM) in the French Creek Council. When I came to college
last fall, I decided to get involved with a scout troop up here, so I'm helping
out as an ASM with Troop 260, in the Greater Cleveland Council....I enjoy
scouting (outside of school, it's the thing I spend the next largest amount of
time on), and working with computers. Currently, I'm designing my own troop
tracking and management software program, hopefully to be done by the end of
summer. Anyway, like I said, I'm happy to be here, and if there's anything I
can do to help anybody out, just give a hollar.
