I fully agree about all the "auto-quoting" that goes on, especially when the
quote is four or five times the length of the response! I think there is
something you need ot emphasise, though - some of my European friends moan
about one particualr aspect of quoting that doesn't apply to most in North
America - many of them have to pay their service for messages received,
either by file size or by number of lines. Extensive quoting certainly isn't
fair to them!
