Administrative Note - Please Read

Hi all ...

As everyone knows, SCOUTS-L has been a very busy place lately. For
EVERYONES sanity, please observe the following rules:

DONT QUOTE MESSAGES: This is not netnews. Messages go out in the order
they are received and we have all read previous messages. Quoting
previous messages can be a real pain especially if you are adding just
a comment or two at the end. If you are not willing to take the time
to edit a quoted message, then just dont quote.

SEND TO PERSONAL EMAIL IDS: Consider the scope of your replies. If you
feel all will benefit from your reply, sure, post it to the net. If it
is a congratulation type message or the reply is targeted only to an
individule, THEN SEND YOU REPLY ONLY to that person.
