You dig a hole in the ground 0.5 meters in diameter and 0.5 meters deep. Then yo
u cover
ythe sides with small stones and make a fire in the hole. When the stones are ve
ry hot
you yuo remove the wood and coals and put a hen wrapped i aluminiumfoil and wet
newspaperpaper i the hole and cover it sand.
After 1.5 to 2 houre the hen is ready to eat.
