Dear Scouts,

Please forgive my sloppy recordkeeping, but I've misplaced the instructions
I had for getting stuff off the Scouts archive. I need some material for the
Blue & Gold banquet coming up in a couple of weeks and I'd like to use some
things I've seen pass through the list recently.
