looking for a timetable

I recall seeing a timetable for an Eagle Court of Honor somewhere.
(i.e. send out the invitations X weeks before the ceremony, etc.) If
anyone knows what I'm talking about could you kindly point me in the
right direction or even e-mail it to me ?
