Introduction (late, of course)

Beth Allerton (BETHPET@NERVM.NERDC.UFL.EDU)
Tue, 25 Jan 1994 14:15:29 EST

Hi, I need to introduce myself as I've been reading the list for awhile
now. I'm awful at paperwork (that's why I have a WONDERFUL co-leader)
My name is Beth Allerton, I have been a Girl Scout leader for 6 years,
(Brownie and Junior) and an assistant Den Leader, or WLeader for 4 years.
I have 4 fifth grade Webelos (once there were 14 bears) and I have 10
girls (most was 20). I prefer about 10-12. I am camp trained, and love
to go to the State Parks here in Florida. A bit different from snow camp-
ing with my ROTC buddies in the UP of Mich., but much easier on my not-as-
young bones. I have really enjoyed the snow stories and the recent talk
about parents signing off on things. I need the input from y'all to keep
pumped up. I won't do much in BS next year, but do enjoy the "shop talk",
it has made it easier to talk to parents about what the older boys are up
to. I will probably have some questions later, and, of course, my 2 cents
worth to add.
Yours in Scouting,
Beth Allerton PHONE: 904-392-0351
