These are part of a collection of files about Eagle. These 2 deal
specifically with Eagle Boards of Review, Guidlines for what to ask and
what not to ask, How to Conduct BOR, and guidelines for council/district
procedures (even though you will be doing BOR's at District level, the
methods must be consistent across the council.)
You may want to get the whole EAGLETIP PACKAGE as it includes a
explanation of the award, its history and significance, latest procedures
to follow, guidelines for projects, etc. which could be useful to the BOR
as background info as well.
This should get you off to a good start. If not, ask more questions here!
