Brian,
Your note was interesting.....however, was the BSA forced into the situation
you
described by law suits brought by people lined up in the hopes of ridiculous
settlements? And I mean ridiculous, not reasonable. Much of the problem faced
by
the BSA is as a result of the culture here in the USA (Let's sue the
B..........s!) that has evolved over the past 75 years. I see this attitude
everywhere. I think it's time for a change of these liability laws.
