I think troop-invite-troop activities are, next to camporees and similar
district/council events, the best way to share good program. We frequently
encourage a better troop to invite a relatively new troop or one that is having
program problems to an activity or a campout. Seeing a good troop in action
can really fire up a new or inexperienced group.
