I checked with my council office and they say that the "My Scout
Badge" pamphlet is no longer available for order from national. I
believe I still a copy of it if you are interested. The bookelt put
out by national "Advancement Guidelines" also gives you information
on how to handle advancement for those with some kind of disability.
