A friend wants to take his troop to the Baltimore, MD area over President's
weekend (Feb 19-21) and wants to know if there are military bases, etc where
they could camp cheaply and conveniently. They plan on spending their time
touring the 'sights': national aquarium, waterfront, etc. Please e-mail any
