Greetings fellow scouts and scouters,

My name is Al West and I am a scoutmaster in Northern British
Columbia Canada. My troop is the 5th North Peace and we meet in Fort St.
John, B.C. Our troop is considering working on a troop specialty badge
involving telecomputing and telecommunications. To do this we would like to
