OK folks...over the past couple of weeks, I have found out (nicely)
through this list that local council "ads" ARE permitted! This issue
has been lying quietly in the corner (of this list area) dying the
natural death it was meant to...when...it has suddenly been
revived!!! In the infamous words of Jo on the Buddist issue...enough
all ready!!!! Let it be!!! Ads from the local council or by troops
with approval of the council are OK...end of discussion!!!
