United Nations Charter of Human Rights (?) says that evereybody has the feedom
to choose any religion or no religion at all if he so wishes. This is also
guaranted in the constitution of most countries. This has to be recognized also
by the scouting movement. Baden-Powell's way of thinking comes mostly from
the values on Brittish Victorian Era. I am not saying that religion is a bad
thing. Maybe it suits very well for most people. But no religion is better
than any other and also it is not worse to have no religion. The main thing is
to have high human and universal ethics (most of which I think can also be
found in most religions). It is ok to have scouting organization which have
their roots in some religion. In one country there are usually many different
religions and mayby many scouting organisations based on different religions.
I see it very funny if somebody says that to be a good scout you have to pick
ANY religion but you can't be a good scout without picking one.

A repressed homosexual means a person who has homoerotic feelings or emotions
but represses them, does not recognaize them in himselv and anyway does not
act acording to them.
