Mike, as far as I know, our Council has been producing their own PSA spots
for years. We've done them for Exploring in general, for Scouting in general
in September, and for general PR.
I don't know if we've sent them off to National, but our SE is pretty good,
so I suspect we do. We've even gotten some of National's generic PSA tapes
and edited them to suit.
