Jim,
In addition to the items recommended by Mr. Wilson, the Scouts-L Eagletip
File number two has some suggested question formats for boards of Review.
The material is from the OLD Troop Committee Guidebook and is no longer
included in the current eidtions, but the information is still valid in my
opinion. Read through the attached outline which I have used to teach
advancment at ScoutMasters Training. It might help as well. (Attached as
in part of Eagletip #2 file.)
