A *brief* note: address change

Hi everyone!!

Over last night, our BITNET line was dropped and our INTERNET line *finally*
was installed and running. This represents a great step forward for WKU, and
my congrats goes to them for their work.

However, this also means that Jessiann and I have to send out countless notes
and requests to have folks to DROP our BITNET addresses at WKU in favor of the
new INTERNET addresses. This is also a great time to remind everyone like us
that would rather send through INTERNET (like those on AOL, COMPUSERVE and
other resources) the new address as provided by Jon Eidson (our listowner)
last month.

First, if you are on the INTERNET or have problems sending mail to the list
from a BITNET address, try this one:

Scouts-L@tcubvm.is.tcu.edu

Next, Jessi's and my NEW addresses. Please note that I can STILL be reached
via America Online {tm} at KYBLKEAGLE@AOL.COM (but I don't get to read my
mail there except twice a week now presently...it will get better after the
first of the year):

Mike Walton Waltoml@wkuvx1.wku.edu

Jessica Ryan Ryanja@wkuvx1.wku.edu

(I've asked Jessiann to update our addresses on the address book. I am
sure that she will be asking everyone to get that information ready since
she was talking on Sunday about Christmas cards and things like that>....)

I've sent four postings from the old address to the list and they have all
been bounced back...I'll resend them again this morning.

Thanks, and let's keep those questions and answers going!

Settummanque!
