1993-1995 Requirements Book

Does anyone understand why the NEW Requirements Book does not contain
the up-to-date requirements for the Hornaday Award? The only change to
the Hornaday requirements between the 91-93 book and the 93-95 book is
the name of the Reptile and Amphibian Study merit badge. In fact, the
requirements have changed significantly! There are more merit badges
on the list that are NOT shown in the 93-95 book. It appears that the
folks who updated the book failed to check with the folks who actually
administer the award. Anyone interested in working on the Hornaday
Award should get the latest application forms and check out the
requirements there. The form is No. 21-107. My copy is the 1992
printing.
