Hello, Jeff! I am David Byrd. I am also an Eagle Scout and

I wonder: have you heard of Alpha Phi Omega? I didn't see anything
about it in your sig. In case you haven't, APO is a National Service
Fraternity founded on the principles of the BSA, as embodied in the Scout
Oath and Law. APO is a seperate organization from the BSA, but some BSA
officials(I can't remember exactly who)do have seats on our National Board
of Directors. Having been a Scout is no longer a requirement for
membership, but it is nice.
Anyway, there is an active Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega at Penn State.
I know one of the Brothers over email. His name is Amandeep Bawa, and his
email address is ASB111@psuvm.psu.edu
I am a Brother in the Tau Epsilon Chapter at Tennessee Technological
University, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I encourage you
to check APO out if you haven't already.
I hope this makes sense, I am barely holding my head up as it is...
