Perhaps the easiest and cleanest way to mount the patch would be to use
rubber cement. Apply to both the patch and name badge, let it dry and
then press both surfaces together. Any excess can be rubbed away and if
you ever want to remove the patch, just peel it off and rub the cement off
both articles. This works for most surfaces (great on leather) except
paper - then you only want it on on surface or the bond will be permanent.
