Would someone please enlighten me about existing Rover
Scout crews in the USA? I was a Rover and a RSL after my
college and Marine Corps years. We were NOT allowed to
recharter just like our Squadron was forced to change or
die. How did these Rover Crews survive or are they really
Canadian chartered with some USA members?
BTW, even in the eighties, I had trouble getting ships
chartered in some local councils. My last "Problem" with
a Scout Executive was as late as 1985-6.
