Matt,
Your Council Executive should have a set of the BSA FACT Sheets on Venturing,
these cover each award with all the requirements. I have had my copes of these
for a couple of months now. As for new uniforms, no news. Most answers will be
found at the ALL Hands conference in Nashville the end of this month.
