Does anyone know the requirements for recieving the "kenetic leadership
award".... this award was origionally awarded by Alpha Phi Omega (APO)
the official fraternity of the Boy Scouts of America.
Also.... are there any other awards presented by APO to Boy Scouts and
Explorers?
