Just for references sake if Marie could please site specifically where
this requirement is stated. As it has been said age is not the great
measure of a persons readiness to join a Ship or Post. By setting a
requirement National is taking the guess work out of telling someone
that they are or are not ready to join. It also keeps anyone from
being made the "bad guy" when they have to tell someone that they
aren't ready. If Marie is correct then we need to decide either to
accept it as it is or to voice our objections to National.
