The bigger question

I'd like some opinions on this...
It seems to me that the bigger question isn't the change from Exploring
to Venturing, but the ramifications for chartering organizations. Many
Posts (such as ours) are chartered with organizations that accept
federal funding or are actually government agencies. Should we begin
looking for chartering organizations that aren't open to legal attack
based on federal anti-discrimination policy? It seems that at least we
need to make our chartering organizations aware of the situation.
I'm wondering if we won't be getting new guidelines from BSA about
picking chartering organizations.
