What guidance automatically makes those chartering Orgs LFL? It should be
left up to Co and not be automatic. By the broad guidelines Feds or State, could this
be construed to force Military or National Guard units as LFL? This would be silly
as these organizations don't have problems with the BSA guidelines and agree with
those membership restrictions that tend to cause the law suits against the BSA.

If the Military and National Guard units are not put into LFL then this is where some
of the publicly charted Explorer units may want to go to, this applies to Ships too.
The United States Military still believes in GOD and COUNTRY.
