Personally, I still think they came up with the wrong answer. There is
no reason that all of the units sponsored by government entities
couldn't have their sponsorships changed to private groups.
Generally, I don't agree with the tying together of our private
organization with public institutions at any time. It weakens our
position as a private organization in the long run.

The problem with this is that the entire premise of LFL is the exact
opposite of the premise of Scouting. Scouting doesn't take place in a
classroom.
