Dear Brian:
Get the Explorer Leader Handbook, the Council/District Exploring
Operations Manual and the 1997 edition of the SEA EXPLORING MANUAL ( BSA
NO33239A) from your local council. Most of what you are asking to receive
and what you will ask about next week <VBG> can be found in the foregoing
publications.
Generally, Bill Rogers, National Director of Sea Scouting and
Associate Director of the National Exploring Division, combined many of the
bin items, including out those of print, into the Council District Exploring
Operations Manual.
Dont't wait for the Venturing Division's new publications. Most of
your youth will have graduated before those publications will be in your
hands.
