The National Meeting is a plethora of committee meetings for pretty
much everything at the Regional and National levels -- evryone in a
registered Region/National BSA position attends. The top 100?
Scoutmasters chosen across the nation attend (they are invited.)
There is also an Eagle Scout's breakfast from what I understand,
though I have no details...like someone on the list said earlier, I
believe you have to have your Scout Executive's approval to attend as
a guest.
