Tan shirt/Green loops

It has been my understanding that green loops on a Boy
Scouts of America shirt has been legal since the green shirts were
temporarily discontinued a few years back. I will try to dig up the
appropriate literature -- if anyone else has a BSA Insignia guide
(1995 or later?), it should be there.
