Re: Venture

My friend in the New Venturing Division of the BSA has informed my that most
likely Venture Crews will remain within units as a patrol (Name change
uncertain), while Venturing Crews will operate as a standalone program and
unit. Holding true to the current Exploring membership standards of
Outdoor/High Adventure Posts. 14.5-21 years, and Male/Female to the Charter
Organization's decision.

And yes there are some Sailing Posts out there that have currently a Sea
Explorer Classification. So they will go the way of Career interest rather
than Sea Scouts or Venturing.
