Re: Explorer Leaders' awards Oddities

There is a certificate available. The # is No. 33756. It is a certificate signed
by the local Council Scout Executive and Council President. Oregon Trail Council
provides the certificate and knot to every applicant that qualifies. This applies
as well for the Explorer Training Key, and Service Team Key. This certificate is
used for all the afore mentioned awards as well as their Boy Scout Equivalents.
The Gold Seal and style make it suitable for framing.
