Mark,
I highly recommend Adobe Pagemill. If you decide to get it for Win95,
make sure you get version 3.0 (just released; some store shelves may
still have 2.0). Not to say FrontPage is bad, but I've seen its
results, and I much prefer Pagemill.
Here's why I recommend Pagemill over FrontPage:
* Less expensive;
* Produces much cleaner HTML code;
* Doesn't bias one browser over the other;
* Includes excellent site management and publishing features;
* Includes a basic version of Photoshop;
* Good technical support (ever try to get any from Microsoft? :-).
No, I don't work for Adobe; I just use some of their products, and they
are very excellent. For more information, see the Pagemill info page:

My home page is built entirely with Adobe Pagemill, and although it's
fairly simple, you can get a look-see at: (how's this for shameless
self-promotion? :-)

My site is just one example of many built with Pagemill. Good luck with
your decision.
