Ranks leading up to Ranger and Silver

Scott,

Do you happen to know what the ranks leading up to the Ranger Award will
be? Also, I've heard that the prerequisites for earning the Silver Award
will be earning the achievement award (that is, the GOLD Award) and earning
one's Exploring cluster award (for example, Ranger or Quartermaster).
After earning the achievement and the cluster awards, other requirements
will need to be fulfilled before earning the Silver Award. Could you
please confirm/clarify this? Will there be ranks in between
Ranger/Quartermaster and Silver (for example, Bronze)? Thanks!
