Re: Explorer/Venturer Award Knots

Chis,

I agree with you; all of the knots that I've suggested could be
available with either a black background (for Sea Scouts) or a dark
green background (for Explorer Scouts). I'm fairly sure that the new
knots won't create any conflicts with existing knots. Good idea.

Now, like you said, to whom should we talk to lobby for this? (Also,
what's the procedure for suggesting the creating of a Rovering
Division?)
